It provides an in-depth exploration and real-life stories to demonstrate how employee experience can benefit your organisation.

This online employee experience solutions course will build your capability and expertise to instigate change and make a positive difference to the people working in your organisation, creating a happier, more productive work environment.

What you’ll need to do on this programme

You can complete this learning programme in your own time and at your own pace – it should take around 60 hours. This accredited programme includes group online check-ins with your tutor at the end of each module to help embed your learning.

We’ll give you access to various blended assets, including animations, interactive videos and downloadable resources. And you’ll have lots of space to anchor your reflections on the content.

Your final assessment will be a 2,500-word evaluative review covering your reflections on your practice and how you’ve applied learning in your context. The final assessment needs to be submitted within 10 months of purchasing the course.

If successfully completed, you’ll receive a certificate noting your achievement of this CIPD accredited programme.

You’ll have the chance to resit the assessment for an additional fee.
