This course has been written by Gemma Dale, author of ‘How to Work Remotely’ and ‘Flexible Work’. It has been created to help you recognise the benefits, challenges and risks of hybrid working. The course uses evidence and research-based content to present the current context of hybrid work, the different ways that hybrid work is being implemented and its potential impact on organisational culture and employee engagement.
What you’ll need to do on this course
This course includes a mixture of written, video, and interactive content and reflective questions. It will take six hours to complete, and you can work through the content at your own pace.
