It explores the scale and scope of a typical HR technology environment and provides an overview of the key factors behind various technologies and their application. It also includes real-world case studies demonstrating how other organisations successfully implement technology.
Using technology, you'll learn to identify the skills and infrastructure needed to achieve organisational and people goals. You’ll also build your confidence in contributing to decision-making by demonstrating risk awareness while using technology for the best possible outcomes.
